During this time, Rich has help dozens of CPG, OTC, Pharma, Beer, Wine, Spirits, and Tobacco manufacturers and retailers understand how to compete in a cannabis-friendly marketplace. He has also worked with many Licensed Providers (LP's) both in the US and Canada and other CRB's including companies involved with investment banking and real estate.
Rich has performed innovation and analytic product development for leading information companies including Nielsen, IRi, SPINS, and The NPD Group.
His background has been focused on using disparate data to create value-added analytics, and his experience which transcends technology, innovation, analytics, digital media, customer activation, and business management, makes him uniquely qualified to bring together an alliance of partners to drive new insights to keep pace with the rapidly evolving cannabis marketplace.
In addition to the Cannabiz Consumer Group, Rich has launched several successful analytic and technological companies including CUSTOMERSDNA and Consumer Aptitudes which was sold to IRi.
Rich has had dozens of cannabis articles published, has spoken at major cannabis industry events, and has been frequently brought in to provide cannabis thought leadership to the C-Suite of top companies across North America.
